What type of clients do you usually work with?
Mostly founders and small teams who care about the details: product brands, studios, independent businesses. If you want design that works as hard as you do, we will get on.
How long does a typical project take?
An identity usually lands in 2 to 3 weeks. Identity plus website is typically 4 to 6 weeks depending on scope. I set the timeline with you before anything starts.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. The Partner plan exists exactly for that, and one-off support is always available for past clients.
Can I hire you for just a logo or a one-off piece?
Sometimes. If the scope is tight and well defined I am happy to help. Get in touch and I will give you a straight answer either way.
How do payments work?
Fixed price, agreed up front, half to start and half on delivery. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
What if I am not happy with the first concept?
Revisions are built into every package, and because you talk directly to the person doing the work, course corrections happen fast.
